The Team
Our team at La Roux Bistro is filled with a unique and diverse array of colleages. What began as a dream quickly became a reality for Joe Hosmer, Joe Gidman and Rodrigo Cabrejos-Ramos. With restaurateur Gidman's recent adventures in Louisiana inspiring the concept, Hosmer and Cabrejos each enthusiastically became patrons of the Louisiana-French inspired Bistro.
Soon Head Chef Steven Snyder and Sous Chef Peter Tinson joined the assembly along with Manager Whitney Burlison. With the troupe together it was time to put the plan into action. The chefs, along with Gidman's input, created a menu that will inspire the soul with the elegant traditions of Parisian cuisine and the vivid energy of New Orleans cultures.
